Negotiated Consulting Packages:
· Consulting packages are designed to meet client needs.
· Finished product is clearly defined prior to project start.
· Cost method and final cost is set prior to project start.
· Project length is set prior to project start.
· Project work can be done on your site using your data, processes, vision and mission.
· A risk analysis will be part of the project design.
· A cost/benefit analysis will be part of the project design.
· Client sign off is required prior to project start and at each critical stage of the project.
· On short projects, invoicing is 50% prior to project start and 50% upon completion.
· On long projects initial invoicing is set and additional invoicing based upon percentage of completion.

Fixed Consulting Packages:

1.           Standard Service:
· Analysis and case study.
· Project completion within 7 days.
· $2,000.00 plus GST.

2.          Enhanced Service:
· Analysis, case study and action plan.
· Project completed within 21 days.
· $4,000.00 plus GST.

3.          Premium Service:
· Analysis, case study, action plan, and implementation to completion.
· Project completed within 30 days.
· $6,000.00 plus GST

For all Fixed Consulting, invoicing is 50% prior to project start and 50% upon completion.
