· Upgrade the Electrical Instrumentation competence based technical progression package through staff consensus and in line with corporate policy, meeting the yearly objectives of the department.
· Reorganize the Electrical Instrumentation section, ensuring staff consensus, and meeting the yearly objectives of the department.
· Develop a performance measurement system based on a package presented by Cy Chorney and to develop an excel package that produced visuals for posting on bulletin boards, meeting the yearly objectives of the department.
· Develop a training package for use by the Electrical Instrumentation Lead Technicians to schedule and share time management software.
· Conduct training sessions for the DMI Training Department on the Fleming, Performance Management Information System (maintenance management system).
